According to local news reports, a group of thieves robbed 89 lockers of a state-run bank in Haryana state, northern India, over the weekend, though the theft was only discovered Monday.
The burglars reportedly reached the bank through a 30-meter-long tunnel that started in an unoccupied house in the neighborhood.
The robbery was just like in the famous Bollywood movie "Dhoom," which was well received across India in 2004, sources said.
The culprits ran away with jewelry and cash worth thousands of dollars, leaving behind only broken lockers and flooring, the news reports said.
A special investigation team from the Indian police is tracking down the robbers.
