Jessica, a former member of Girls’ Generation, shared a glimpse of her life, business and future plans through an interview with a news outlet.

In the interview with the magazine Women Sense, Jessica said that she was surprised that her brand had received “a lot more love than expected” and was growing rapidly.

“I am traveling while preparing for a new collection for BLANC & ECLARE,” she said. “The trip is not for fun. I am leading a hectic life with frequent meetings and business trips.”

The 25-year-old idol’s launch of her brand may have been the reason for her dismissal from Girls’ Generation. SM Entertainment removed her from the group, which had nine members at the time, citing a “clash of priorities” between the group and her personal business.

Despite the abrupt exit, Jessica has been on a steady course, achieving moderate business success and seeking a role on TV.

“I often miss my fans. They are like a family for me. We have become closer after going through a lot,” she said.

“Stage? I am rather excited about going back onstage because there will be many opportunities,” she added.

In earlier interviews, Jessica hinted that she would make a return as an actress.

“I am reviewing scenarios of films and dramas, mostly spending time in the recording studio or design room.”
